Goran Milas PhD is research advisor and Head of the Centre for the Individual Differences Research at Institute of Social Sciences Ivo Pilar and full professor of Methodology at University of Zagreb. His research interests include research methodology, psychometrics, statistical analysis and personality psychology. He has expertise in methodology and statistical analysis. He has extensive experience of leading and participating in major research projects. He was principal researcher in the project that dealt with the introduction of the compulsory secondary education in Croatia. He most recently worked on the project Modernity Stress, Youth and Migrations financed by the Croatian Science Foundation.
